You may change the placements in your cart before payment is completed.
After editorial work begins
Once content production or publisher review has started, completed work and publisher terms are considered. If a placement is rejected, an alternative placement, account credit or refund may be assessed.
After publication
The service is considered completed once the live placement has been delivered. Eligible removals are handled under the placement guarantee process.
