What the guarantee covers
For placements marked with a six-month guarantee, we review eligible pages or links removed during the guarantee period. Publisher-related removals within scope may receive a replacement placement or another appropriate resolution.
What is not covered
- The customer closes or changes the destination URL
- Illegal, misleading or policy-violating content
- Requests for ranking or traffic guarantees
- Mandatory changes caused by a publisher’s general editorial policy
