1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Growthenix, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and accept these terms. A user acting for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind it.

2. Services

Growthenix provides access to third-party publishing opportunities, guest post placements, backlink services, content support, and related order management. Availability, pricing, delivery estimates, metrics, and link attributes may vary by website.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account and order information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all content, URLs, anchor text, trademarks, images, and instructions submitted through your account.

4. Prohibited Content

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.
• Malware, spam, phishing, or harmful links.
• Hate, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful adult content.
• Content that violates a publisher’s editorial policy.

5. Orders and Editorial Review

An order is subject to availability and publisher approval. Publishers may request revisions or reject content. Growthenix may pause or cancel an order that cannot be completed lawfully or under the selected publisher’s rules.

6. Pricing and Payment

The price shown at checkout applies to the order at the time it is placed. Account balance may only be used for eligible Growthenix services and is not a bank account or stored-value financial product.

7. Delivery and Placement Guarantee

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. A six-month placement guarantee applies only where shown for the selected service and does not cover removal caused by user changes, unlawful content, target website failure, search-engine action, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status and work already completed. Completed publications and custom content are generally non-refundable unless the delivered service materially differs from the confirmed order or a stated guarantee applies.

9. Metrics and SEO Results

Authority, traffic, and similar metrics may come from third-party tools and can change. Growthenix does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing duration, or any specific search-engine result.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content you provide, while granting the rights reasonably required to review, edit, transmit, and publish it. Website software, branding, and original platform materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Account Suspension

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, security threats, repeated policy violations, or unlawful activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Growthenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, publisher decisions, search-engine changes, or events beyond reasonable control. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when services, laws, or operational requirements change. Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
